Location: Alpharetta, GA / New York, NY(Hybrid)

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, Queueable, and Platform Events
- Lightning Web Components (LWC), UI/UX customization
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder or AI agent frameworks. Minimum 3 Agentforce projects implementations.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, embeddings, and conversational orchestration
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
- Event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
- Create and enhance flows, process automations, validation rules, assignment rules, and other declarative features.
- Experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
- Salesforce sales cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Experience
- Experience with Integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is plus
- Data Cloud, OmniStudio is plus

- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Trailhead Agent blazer Legend 2026
