Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, Queueable, and Platform Events
Lightning Web Components (LWC), UI/UX customization
2+ years of hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder or AI agent frameworks. Minimum 3 Agentforce projects implementations.
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, embeddings, and conversational orchestration
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
Event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
Create and enhance flows, process automations, validation rules, assignment rules, and other declarative features.
Experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
Salesforce sales cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Experience
Experience with Integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is plus
Data Cloud, OmniStudio is plus
