Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura

• Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts

• Build and maintain Lightning Experience components and responsive UI solutions

• Develop and optimize Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes

• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools

• Support data migration, data loading, and data quality initiatives using Data Loader, ETL tools

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support

• Work in Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint ceremonies

• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong expertise in:

  • Apex

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Visualforce

  • SOQL / SOSL

• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model

• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
