Client Expectation:
  • Scenario developer, not monitoring/support staff
  • Deep understanding of behavior detection logic
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and customize transaction monitoring scenarios
  • Enhance existing scenarios
  • Perform threshold tuning
  • Support risk detection logic
Mandatory Skills:
  • Oracle FCCM Mantas/TM
  • Custom scenario development experience
  • Strong knowledge of FCCM data model
  • PL/SQL
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with regulatory tuning (Canada scenarios mentioned)
