Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution for enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles while ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through closure
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and delivery schedules
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage communication across business and technical teams
- Ensure accountability across teams and track progress against milestones
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 17–20 years of overall experience, with 4+ years of hands-on project management experience leading projects end to end
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Technical background preferred; experience with ServiceNow or rolling out new platforms/software is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
