Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (3 days onsite role)
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
- Strong hands-on Oracle FCCM ECM customization experience
- Must have implemented changes, not just supported environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify ECM workflows
- Build custom UI components
- Perform product customizations using Oracle assembly framework
- Integrate ECM workflows with downstream systems
- Replace work traditionally done by Oracle Consulting (professional services)
Mandatory Skills:
- Oracle FCCM ECM module
- Advanced PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of FCCM data model
- Experience with end-to-end product customization
Nice to Have:
- Prior Oracle Consulting / product-implementation background
- Exposure to AML domain
Explicitly NOT Looking For:
- L2 / batch support only profiles
- Incident management or monitoring-only experience
