Description:
Senior Managing Product Architect - Manufacturing/ Execution, Quality Mgmt and Sustainability Solutions.
Senior Managing Product Architect role has specific operational accountability for CONA MFG Execution, Quality Management, and Sustainability solutions. This includes supporting the creation of product roadmaps, driving product innovations, developing user stories, guiding product development through to deployment, and facilitating user support and execution of Value Optimization (VO) projects.
The Senior Managing Product Architect will be part of an agile team including both employees and contractors (on and off-shore) in strong cross-functional collaboration with other Product teams. This position reports to the Product Director, Planning & Manufacturing Execution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and/or technical CONA SAP Manufacturing Execution and Quality Management expertise to Bottler and TCCS community
- Help shape the future of digital manufacturing, quality, and sustainability solutions in the bottler community.
- Stay informed of industry trends in smart manufacturing, sustainability, and quality management, and translate them into actionable architectural strategies for CONA and bottlers.
- Lead the integration of MES and QMS systems with S4 HANA and IoT platforms to create a connected manufacturing environment( Industry 4.0) for bottlers
- Execute assigned items from the Team Backlog (including CRs, INCs, PRBs, CHGs, services requests, VO projects) as prioritized by the product director. This will include but is not limited to writing user stories, provide cost estimates, create design documents, provide solution demos and training, develop solutions and fixes, coordinate bottler alignment, provide change management support, work on support tickets, support testing, support the creation of automated test cases, etc.
- Support other teams/initiatives based on workload and priorities as aligned with Product Director
- Follow agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures (SDLC) to ensure consistent and transparent execution across product areas in collaboration with scrum masters.
- Ensure design and implementation of technologies that comply with security standards and application architecture principles (in alignment with platform architects and respective review boards) and that consider state of the art data and analytics concepts
- Support value realization/optimization of the products deployed
- Ensure product related SLAs and CONA metrics are being met (CRs, PRBs, INCs, CHG, cost estimate accuracy, time management etc.)
- Collaborate with bottlers and across all CONA teams
- Lead, direct and coach small teams of employees and/or contractors, vendor and partners (1-2 people).
Desired Skill / Expertise:
- Detailed knowledge about SAP PP/PI, SAP QM, and other legacy MFG Execution systems, such as CC+I and including integration and development experience across modules/systems (10+ years of experience preferred)
- Detailed understanding of Supply Chain MFG Execution processes, including a detailed knowledge of Supply Chain Production Planning & MFG Execution KPI's and value drivers (ideally in the beverage industry with 9+ years of experience)
- Applicable Supply Chain Production Planning & MFG Execution and/or legacy systems experience (configuration, coding, design) - mastery of multiple systems and integration knowledge, including the following:
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG data management, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions tracking
Primary Skill:
- SAP S4 HANA: PP/PI and Production Execution
- Integration with LIS and Pallet Labelling Systems
- SAP S4 HANA – Material Management (MM & WM)
- Manufacturing and Sustainability: KPIs
- SAP: Subcontracting and Co-Packing
- Mobile Device Management: Exposure to any Platform
- Integration with planning platform like Blue Yonder and Sequencing.
- 3rd Party tools for MFG Execution and Quality Management
- 9+ years of Project management experience
- 4+ years of experience leading small teams (2-5 team members): Can be support the Organization
- High customer orientation and service attitude for bottlers.
- Strong problem-solving skills
