Job Description:
- End-to-end BI architecture, data modelling, and governance across modern analytics platforms
- Advanced Microsoft BI expertise (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric), including semantic models, DAX, and Power Query
- Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development with proven performance optimization and data reliability practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions
- Analytics and decision support skills, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and insight-driven storytelling
- Experience in Client or food manufacturing, with working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, solution delivery, and driving analytics adoption through training and enablement
