Role: SAP Project Manager
Location: Greenville, SC (Onsite)
Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a proven track record of 10+ years in implementing and supporting SAP solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep SAP knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects from initiation to post- go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee SAP solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and governance.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular status meetings and report progress to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP or SAP-certified project management credentials preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation.
• Knowledge of integration with third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications (PMP, SAP) is a plus.
