Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives across cards and payments, with a strong focus on credit card launches and refresh programs, marketing technology platforms, and Gen AI–driven digital experiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management within cards, payments, or digital banking
• Proven experience delivering credit card launches and refresh programs
• Strong understanding of cards lifecycle and payment processing
• Experience working with MarTech platforms and digital ecosystems
• Exposure to Gen AI, AI/ML, personalization engines, or conversational AI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
