Experience in 3+ Life science and Process manufacturing experience of 10+ Years is a must. Seeking an 15 years of experience as SAP PPDS Manager to lead Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS/ePPDS) in S/4HANA and manage integration with Kinaxis RapidResponse. The role involves end-to-end planning, solution delivery, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration, implementation, and support of SAP PPDS/ePPDS in S/4HANA.
• Technical skills debugging, custom enhancements in PPDS area, embedded PPDS expertise.
• Experience in developing custom heuristics as per client requirements
• Manage planning board/DS board, heuristics, scheduling strategies, and master data (PDS, work centers, capacities).
• Integrate SAP PPDS with Kinaxis Rapid Response, MES systems, 3PL systems for synchronized supply- demand planning.
• Ensure data consistency through CIF and interface monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, PM/EM, planners, and technical teams to define and deliver planning solutions.
• Drive UAT, cut-over, hypercare, and continuous planning improvements.
• Troubleshoot planning issues and optimize performance across SAP–Kinaxis landscape.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP PPDS/ePPDS (S/4HANA).
• Expertise in heuristics, optimizers, MRP, DS board, and planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration.
• Good understanding of CIF, PDS, production versions, BOM, routings.
• Familiarity with MM, SD, APO, QM, WM integrations.
• Exposure to tools like Jira/ServiceNow; AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
