  • managing components across solution, deploying managed solutions.
  • Familiarity with Source Code Management practices
  • Performance and Telemetry Monitoring using Azure Application Insights

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the following areas is advantageous:
  • Case Management
  • Auto Case Creation Rules Unified Routing,
  • Skill Based Routing, and Routing Rules
  • Customer Service Workspace and Omnichannel solutions
