Typical Day:
This role will be in support of the business desktop and mobile deposit applications.
Responsibilities include technical support for installing, configuring, and supporting a vendor-supplied deposit application.
The activities associated with this position will focus on working with internal platform specialists (Windows, WebSphere, Apache, etc.) and operations and product partners, to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our customers.
Production support
Working with different change partners, upgrades, designs
Troubleshoot

Must have solid SQL/Server query experience and Apache/IIS application support. Webshere is a big plus.

Top 3- 8+ years of experience
SQL Server 2012- 2016
Apache and IIS (Internet Information Services) web services
WebSphere
Lead- 3-5 years

Nice to have: familiarity with monitoring
Dynatrace performance monitoring
Zenoss monitoring
Confio/IGNITE db performance reporting
ITSM

Degrees/ certifications: ITIL foundation certification- would make a candidate stand out

Skills and behaviors necessary to be successful include:
• Strong troubleshooting; ability to isolate an issue, assess degree of impact based on the issue, and determine the steps needed to remediate the issue
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to partner with other internal teams and vendor resources
• Strong understanding of ITSM change management and incident management processes
• Weekly touchpoint and design meetings
• CAB change advisory board meetings
