Duration:  3 Month Contract to Hire
  1. Providing on site and remote resolution of common desktop computing issues (PC and
Mac), and acting as local enforcement for IT security policies.
  1. Supporting, modifying, and provisioning new users for an IP based PBX phone system
  2. Responsible for inventorying hardware and organization of our IT storage room.
  3. Provisioning new hires with hardware and proper web tools access.
  4. Reception and resolution of HelpDesk cases by employees experiencing technical issues.
  5. Assisting with IT HelpDesk related projects as needed.
  6. Other duties as assigned
Is responsible for the efficient operation of IS/IT systems in the company.  Performs problem analysis, and does the appropriate repair work to maximize equipment availability and operations.  Interfaces directly and effectively with employees at all levels of the company to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position. Provides management with analysis of requirements for new or additional equipment and/or software products.  Performs setup and installation activities on new equipment and software products.
