Prestigious financial services firm is seeking a sharp, analytical project implementation manager with expereince working with business and/or commercial lending platforms.
Responsibilities:
– Have a proven track record of managing and delivering projects / programs, leveraging standard processes and tools such as a business case development, project schedules, issues/risks management, document repositories, communication plans, resource management, status reporting, facilitation and conflict resolution
– Is knowledgeable in both formalized and practical aspects of project management
– Have experience working with business lending programs (e.g. commercial real estate, luxury assets [art, aircraft], or business lending (including warehouse lending). Or experience in asset/loan purchases for balance sheet optimization
– Work within a team across various parts of the organization to lead projects throughout the project lifecycle and produce project deliverables
– Support system and product improvements, modifications and decommissioning
– Coordinate cross-product initiatives and IT projects as well as continuous support of marketing, sales and education efforts
– Conduct effective facilitation sessions with the multiple stakeholders

You'll be working on our Wealth Management team. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients. Our team offers solutions for managing wealth and planning for succession. The Structured Lending group is responsible for leading the effort to support the unique lending needs of our clients (e.g. commercial real estate, luxury asset lending, business lending). This individual is the catalyst for business and/or technology platform changes and ensures solutions are presented to internal partners meet client needs within the overall firm profitability framework. The individual will work closely with Operations, Technology, Legal & Compliance partners on strategic initiatives and new offerings.
*Your experience and skills
You have:
– a university degree
– PMP Certification and/or Six Sigma Certification
– Series 7 is a plus
– 10 years' experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in the Financial Service industry
– Banking/Lending experience is a plus, particularly with business or commercial lending platforms
– ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
– experience in managing projects from start to finish
– practice of taking a phased and disciplined product/project management approach with clear deliverables and sign-offs by the relevant stake-holders
– ability to learn quickly, understanding of all related technology platforms and how to leverage technology to create operational efficiencies
– client-focused attitude, ensuring a positive client and employee experience
– ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership
– experience drafting business requirements
