Sr. Stock/Receiving Associate

CPI has an immediate opening for a Sr. Stock/Receiving Associate for our client's Scottsdale, AZ facility. This assignment is a U.S. Government Contract. Due to the work performed within our client's facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Secret Security Clearance is preferred prior to hire. Applicants must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within 12 - 24 months of hire. All applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Certification in assigned area is preferred if appropriate
 
*** Lifts heavy items up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.  May operate a forklift or other power industrial vehicles.***
 
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
  • Possesses necessary computer skills to proficiently handle routine tasks
  • Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Accurately completes paperwork or system transactions applicable to functions such as receipts or issues
  • Awareness of client's policy and procedures related to job function
  • Communicates clearly with coworkers, planners, material managers, and internal customers
  • Maintains accurate stockroom, inventory and system data
  • Researches material shortages and supports problem solving resolution
  • May gather data for internal audits and extract reports from various computer systems
  • Helps set and work toward team goals
  • Coordinates and prioritizes individual daily activities
  • Supports continuous improvement activities
  • Actively participates in meetings
  • May handle and process classified material
