Active DoD Secret Clearance is required to start. Secret Clearance must have been established or reviewed within the last 6 years. Offer is contingent upon the ability to obtain access to Special Programs (SAP) .
  
Description
Immediate opening for an experienced engineer specializing in aircraft Subsystems such as Environmental Control Systems, Fuel Systems, Hydraulics Systems, and etc.  The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to architect, develop, modify, test and trouble-shoot aircraft fluid subsystems. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to manage suppliers engaged in development of fluid subsystems, and demonstrated team leadership abilities.  Demonstrated ability to perform subsystem analysis and prepare build-to packages utilizing 3D modeling software is a plus.

This position will be permanently located in Melbourne, FL. Some travel is required.
 Active DoD Secret Clearance. /SAP 
 
Basic Qualifications:
14 Years with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD.
Bachelor of Science degree is Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of 6 years’ experience directly related to aircraft subsystem development and analysis, as well as proven engineering team leadership and supplier management skills or Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 7 years of experience directly related to aircraft subsystem development and analysis, as well as proven engineering team leadership and supplier management skills.  Active DoD Secret Clearance.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering plus a Master of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or Technical Management, or an MBA.  Experience with AMESim fluid system modeling tool, NX and TeamCenter.  Active DoD Secret Clearance.
