Ergonomic Specialist

Position Description:
External clinic planning specialist with strong audio/video and post production background. This position will support the Ergonomic Attribute in all the planning and project management leading up to a customer clinic. Work with the teams in executing external/ internal clinics, be responsible for scheduling, shipping, onsite support, venue research, preparing vehicles, recording participants and systems with proper audio and visual equipment in static and dynamic environments, post production audio and video editing- including developing , assisting with the analysis of data and synthesize findings into actionable insights, assist with preparation of clinic results/presentations for review with management, cataloging and managing records of clinics, and supporting continuous improvement actions. Help drive solutions to raised ergonomic concerns by assisting cross-functional teams while ensuring designs are compatible with Customer wants, attribute targets, Corporate requirements, Service, Assembly, etc.
Skills Preferred:
Background with Program/ Project management skills Ford program experience and knowledge of GPDS, eFDVS, Feasibility, Checkpoint (FC) Process, and other program driven processes.
Experience Required:
3-5 years in audio/visual recording and live playback, and post production editing
Experience Preferred:
3-5 preferred years experience with User Interface testing or similar background
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Communications or equivalent work experience
Education Preferred:
User experience, interface design or human factors background is preferred
