Oracle Data Entry
seeking a self-motivated individual with an eye for detail to capture and adjust bookings and/or commissionable data via a customized OIC Territory Manager tool. This individual will need to work with the Sales Finance team to ensure we pay the internal sales reps accurately on a monthly basis based on Bookings that is being captured from Oracle Order Entry. This individual will need to look at a multitude of orders and will need the ability to do some analysis to determine if it needs to be adjusted. The workload increases for month-end close activities, which is typically the last 2 weeks of a fiscal quarter and the first 2 weeks following fiscal quarter-end close. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing work quickly and accurately and will excel in a fast-paced environment.
Details of the Project:
• Reconciliation between MFT (Management Fact Table) & OIC (Oracle Incentive Compensation)
•Participate along with other AMS team members on the weekly Adjustments Call
•Your team helps on the upstream side.
•Quote to Cash, Order to Cash, Service Contracts for Renewals
•Oracle Incentive Compensation System (used to pay internal salesreps)
•Ex. Credit is assigned to a territory manager and the correct code by the name of the salesrep
•Monthly Quota file review (accuracy of updates, such as: new hires, terminations, quota & coverage changes, etc.)
•Review large customer sales agreements for accuracy in MFT and OIC
•Ad-hoc reporting requests as requested

•Understanding of Oracle Order Entry and sales rep commission process/systems
•Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules
•Organized, ability to pick up quickly & follows written directions well
•Enjoys tedious & mundane responsibilities
•Committed to working overtime when needed (mostly during Qtr. & Year-end)
•Good with working with various personalities (Salespeople, Accounting/Finance Staff, etc.)
•Solid follow through & communication skills (verbal, written, via email)
•Patient, flexible, not easily flustered and customer service oriented
•Excels within a fast-paced environment
•Comfortable with working from a laptop, yet having two monitors (mainly because you'll be working a lot within Excel)
•Ability to work well in ambiguous situations and advocate the viewpoints for Sales Finance
•MS Excel (mandatory experience: V-Lookups, Sum-Ifs, etc.)
•MS Excel (preferred basic Pivot Tables experience). Ex. Save to a Pivot Table, drag, drop, review different slices, comfortable with multiple worksheets.
•SQL Navigator is a Plus to run simple queries
2-4 years. Bachelor's Degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required.
