Customer Service Consultant

Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, running reports, indexing and imaging. This position requires the ability to mulit-task in a fast paced environment. Primary customers are underwriters, case managers and new business coordinators. This position includes a multitude of business deliverables that have direct impact on the Life New Business cycle time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Researching, auditing requests, processing work and/or retrieving data or correspondences from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
  • Supports department and follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Extreme Attention to Detail
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Highly Movitivated
  • Billing and Contract Experience
  • Outgoing and Tenacious - to handle a large amount of work in a short time and want to continue to learn additional funcions to the position.
  • Ability to be a self starter to take on the next step of a process without being directed
