Help Desk Analyst

Our client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. They need to have excellent customer service skills to excel in this role. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain calm in high pressure situations. The person will also need to have a strong attention to detail.

Required Skills:
  • 2-4 year experience in a customer service role
  • Expertise in technology
  • Knowledge of the Remedy ticket system helpful
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with people at all levels
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Practices good listening techniques
