Corporate Interior Designer - Contract to Hire 

Responsible for performing space design and utilization projects to maximize field productivity and reduce occupancy costs. Responsible for implementing a space program that will meet client business needs. Participate on professional service team with space planners, landlord, client, architects, engineers, construction manager, specialists, furniture and IT to develop Construction Documents. Implement a financial model, phasing plan and schedules. Track project progress with respect to time, budget and results. Negotiate with clients, staff and outside vendors as required. Apply effective project management methodologies and control techniques. May recommend infrastructure consistent with achieving broader objectives.

Required Skills:
  • Experience designing corporate office space
  • Experiece with Aperture a plus (current system used)
  • Experience with AutoCad a plus (new system coming)
  • BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent desired but not required.
  • High School Diploma Required
