Product Manager - Technical Hardware Maintenance

Company seeks an experienced Product Manager focused on Technical Hardware Maintenance services to contribute to their ongoing success and growth.  They are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that their  customers seek for innovation, efficiency and competitive advantages. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.   Their Product Managers are responsible for successfully owning and championing the delivery of Company's services for their valued customers consistent with the Company brand, culture, business practices and financial expectations. 

  • A deep understanding of the Company customer experience
  • Define technical hardware maintenance roadmaps
  • Product failure rates, distribution center strategy and cost modeling
  • Identify and fill product gaps with new ideas to drive growth and improve the customer experience
  • Develop the product vision and deliver it internally and externally
  • Determine product pricing, competition in the market, and positioning strategies
  • Create a roadmap that prioritizes activities based upon customer needs and business impact
  • Work with internal teams to articulate solution, maximize resource skills and shorten time to market
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver the appropriate messaging and build service awareness
  • Generate interest by meeting with customers and prospects to obtain feedback on company service efforts
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in product management as product manager or associate product manager
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience in Product Management related to IT deployment initiatives, maintenance services and equipment/device management
  • Technical hardware maintenance experience
  • Excellent logistical and financial planning skills
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT deployment, equipment warranties and management/monitoring technologies
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Highly skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Any relevant certifications a definite plus
