FullStack Developer with Front and Back end Experience
Needs to be willing to learn new technology!!!

Our direct client needs a fullstack developer who has a mix of front and back end development dealing with a lot of data. Our client uses JavaScript and python, has a lot of JavaScript on the team. This candidate will need to understand the different parts of the stack. You will need to know how one framework is different from another. You could be a JR developer with 2-5 year or 10 years.  Experience with releasing a product... strong computer science mind set... ability and experience  algorithms and pros and cons of certain frameworks.

The FullStack developer will participate on an agile team that is made up of senior business analysts, quality engineers and other application developers. In this role, the developer  will work with the team and the business on understanding the requirements and using design principles as well as data development best practices to build efficient processes that land data in highly optimized data structures that support front end application/reporting solutions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Provides technical expertise through a hands-on approach to team projects, developing solutions
  • Collaborates with developers and business users for overall design oversight on data solutions
  • Lead and/or participate in the design, definition, planning, development, and implementation of projects conforming to our client's Software Development Best Practices.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of business domains, heath care analytics, and industry trends in order to develop an enterprise view of our client's Big Data Analytic needs
  • Identify data elements needed for new reports, enhancements to existing reports, and appropriate data sources through data flow documentation
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
  • Updating Rally (Agile/project detail tracking tool) frequently and contributing in any way possible to help the team reach sprint and PI commitments

Key skills/experience/education important to be successful in this role:
  • FullStack developer experience
  • Knowledge of front end and back end development 
  • Desire to learn new languages, like JavaScript and python
  • Willingness to continue to learn and take on tasks that may require new skill development
  • Experienced with Agile practices
  • Willingness to learn continuous quality improvement methods and tools
  • Proven experience in interpreting and translating complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Healthcare data experience and demonstrated understanding of the health delivery system, with direct responsibility for analysis and data management with relational database concepts and reporting; strong preference for backgrounds with financial and utilization analysis
  • Ability to work effectively independently, within a team or with matrix partners with some guidance while managing multiple tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Would love 2-5 years or 10+ with right mindset to learn new technologies.  Would also  take recent college grad with strong data concepts and strong Desire to learn.
