Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Work with full stack engineering teams to design and deploy scalable applications which follow cloud best practices.
  • Work in a team of high performing engineers to build software solutions to search for and address security and compliance gaps within the cloud.
  • Build out continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for cloud deployments.
  • Work with engineering and product leadership to develop comprehensive cloud strategies across multiple cloud accounts within multiple cloud providers.
  • Assist in architecture and DevOps solutions to enable rapid adoption of the latest cloud capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship and display mastery of cloud engineering best practices, design guidelines, and coding standards.
  • Promote DevOps best practices through measurement, education and standardized technology
  • Encourage innovation, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity.
  • Develop reliable and reusable engineering solutions for Team to accelerate delivery
  • Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies.
  • Actively participate in the technology community and provide mentorship to community engineers.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 4 years experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, Rust, Ruby, C#, or C++.
  • 1 year working with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • 1 year working with CI/CD pipelines, TDD or BDD practices, or other DevOps technology solutions
  • 1 year experience with the following container technologies: Docker, ECS, Kubernetes
  • 1 year experience with the following cloud infrastructure automation technologies: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, OpenShift
  • 1 year working within an Agile framework
Education Level Required:
Engineering Graduate Or Relevant Experience.
