Job Description: Seeking a planning and communications professional to support a global organizational transformation program. You will work hand-in-hand with the Global Infrastructure & Technology Operations Integration Leader and cross-functional program team to execute transformation program and catalyze cultural change.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supports program leader in day-to-day activities to progress the integration and execution of IT transformation program, including meetings preparation, following up on action items, ensuring program resources and governance are operating with maximum impact
• Develops and edits executive presentations and drafts communications for a diverse, multi-level audience to inspire the adoption of strategic goals and objectives (power-point, word, email)
· Using data developed from analyses, prepares recommendations for senior management review
· May coordinate events, including workshops and other stakeholder meetings
• Builds collaborative relationships to identify, escalate, and address pressing issues and risks
• Drives detailed analysis of metrics, and define program health metrics to monitor the progress of the program initiatives and summarize trends for an executive audience
• Collaborates on a strategy to attract top talent; Cultivate a culture that makes people want to join and stay

SKILLS:
~5 years experience in a strategic planning / communications role or role encompassing these accountabilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with advanced capabilities in management consulting-style executive presentations.

Highly organized and accountable; self-starter; self-motivated

Strong financial acumen; able to analyze and interpret data in support of business recommendations.

Global sensibilities and cultural savvy. Must have worked in global roles with success in building strong relationships.

Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast paced environment and is willing to wear multiple hats as needed.
