 Adobe Campaign Techno-Functional Architect
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: Contract role
We are looking for an Adobe Campaign techno-functional architect, who willconsult on campaign workflow creation & maintenance. We are seeking consultants with extensive experience working in digital marketing, with a focus on direct, social, mobile, email marketing and analytics. Strong functional competency in campaign orchestration and marketing automation using Adobe Marketing Cloud – Campaign is essential. Campaign Architects will be expected to:
  • Understand related legacy systems and how solution would integrate to support the information architecture and business process scoped to achieve the desired business outcomes. Provide recommendations to developers on best practices and ensures development approach oversight.
  • Act as a practitioner with deep experience with email marketing best practices: design, coding and rendering, with a focus on translating business requirements into solution design and execution.
  • Leading and assisting Adobe Campaign developers with a variety of specific technical tasks, including visually orchestrating multichannel, multi-phase campaigns
  • Developing targeted customer segmentation.
  • Designing, configuring and executing cross-channel campaigns including real-time interactive campaigns.
  • Conducting operational reporting for marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and interact with clients with in-depth. Provide guidance for customer coaching and training focused on enabling end users of the product.
  • Have the ability to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design/architect custom campaign data model based on requirements.
  • Be capable of designing solution on injecting customer profile data from 3rd party system into Adobe Campaign data model.
  • Act as a problem solver to performance marketing challenges across channels. Ability to design advanced automated campaigns for channels inclusive of email, text messaging leveraging data insight captured via AMC integrations.
  • Understand all the modules offered with in Adobe Campaign including offer and catalog management.
  • Be able to provide recommendations on performance consideration for running large, bulk campaigns.
  • Be familiar with the Unica marketing automation platform with experience migrating to Adobe Campaign suite.
As a Campaign Architect you will be expected to work with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, define data strategy needs, develop project scope for performance marketing and analytics programs, and determine measurement strategies and reporting/communication protocols. You will develop and implement standard digital analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Campaign.
  • Must be an accredited Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign
  • At least 4 years experience with Architect Adobe Campaign
  • At least 2 years experience SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
  • At least 2 years experience Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)
  • Retail experience is a nice to have
