Requirement Detail/Qualifications
SUMMARY -
** Must have a valid Drivers License.

Contributes to the activities of the Memphis shipping and receiving warehouse organization by performing the following duties and specific assignment to a core area, e.g., Shipping, Receiving, Picking/Packing, Refurbishment, or Order Fulfillment, especially through the use of warehouse forklift equipment.
- Forklift Operation: Completes daily forklift maintenance check sheet.
- Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials, and transports load to designated area. Puts away or picks palletized units into/from four or five high racks.
- Inventories materials; supplies production lines.

Order fulfillment: Ensures all customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped on a daily basis and ship confirmed in Oracle.

Put incoming inventory in designated stock keeping locations

Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons; assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers; packs out customer orders/units

Operates pallet jack to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving to storage or work area

Must be able available to work an 8 hour shift during the hours of 8:00 AM, CST to 5:00 PM, CST - Monday – Friday.
- Weekend work rare, however is a requirement for consideration for this position.

Adhere to company policies, ISO requirements, 5S, safety, and quality workmanship; Must maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Supports continual improvement efforts. - Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1-2 years related experience; Must have experience with sit down forklift and order picker or Reach truck.

High School Graduate or GED requested but not required

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, emails, customer data, part numbers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to use a keyboard, computer, telephone, pallet jack, and forklift equipment.
