Cash Accountant 
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Cash Accountant for one of our clients located in Draper, Utah.
Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
  • Work with Accounts Receivable team to ensure all customer cash activity is being recorded in a timely manner. 
  • Post all other incoming and outgoing cash transactions from the bank statements into GP on a daily basis.
  • Provide updates on cash balances to management on a weekly basis. 
  • Prepare and request transfers of cash between fund bank accounts on a monthly basis. 
  • Interact with management and the finance operations department for issues related to customer deposits and refunds. 
  • Maintain and provide timely and accurate reconciliation of the cash GL accounts. 
  • Perform special projects as required. 
Here's what you need to have...
  • Excellent accounting, analytical, organizational and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Excel is required. 
  • 3-5 years related experience. 
  • Ability to operate with minimal direction and handle several projects simultaneously. 
  • Must be able to work well in changing and high-pressure situations. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
