SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced e-Learning Designer for our client, Priority Dispatch in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for development, enhancement, and maintenance of web-based instructional materials related to research in emergency dispatch, public health, and public safety. 

Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
·         Develops, evaluates, and revises online training materials in coordination with subject-matter experts
·         Develops and writes exams and other evaluation tools
·         Designs and writes content for web-based training modules
·         Assists in the development of product schedules, tracks progress on assigned projects, and communicates progress to relevant individuals/departments
·         Maintains a supportive attitude toward work and colleagues
Here's what you need to have...
·         Degree (or comparable work experience) in instructional design, technical writing, or other similar field
·         Excellent written communication skills
·         Strong content organization skills
·         Demonstrated familiarity with e-learning development software packages and/or Flash development
·         Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
·         Ability to adapt to changing information quickly
·         Ability to accept feedback and constructive criticism
·         Experience with graphic design a plus
