Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for one of our clients located in Salt Lake City, UT.

The Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager will create and manage blogger / influencer / affiliate promotions, design and manage ambassador programs, conceive and execute brand campaigns, contests, and design engaging digital and/or social promotions. This position will be accountable for effectively driving traffic to increase revenue, including campaign execution, analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker with strong analytical skills and feel comfortable dealing with numbers. This position will work very closely with PR, social and digital media teams.

Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
  • Own and nurture relationships with existing partners to implement, analyze and optimize online marketing campaigns, identify new opportunities and troubleshoot challenges
  • Analyze levers to influence affiliates and partners including pricing and product positioning
  • Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
  • Report on acquisition costs and performance of acquired traffic in regards to conversation rates, traffic, retention and lifetime value
  • Analyze and optimize user sign up flows
  • Focus on creative testing, messaging and positioning
  • Manage all influencer partnerships from initial engagement and outreach to negotiation to execution.
  • Contribute to high-level marketing strategy and collaborate with marketing and cross-functional team to align activities and campaigns.
  • Target and engage new and existing Influencers to establish and maintain long-term partnerships and engage influencers with our brand.
  • Create unique content strategies and drive community growth and engagement.
  • Strategize with marketing team to develop and implement an ongoing approach to Influencer Marketing.
  • Track and analyze all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication
  • Negotiate and execute paid blogs/blog networks
  • Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements and relevant campaigns
Here's what you need to have...
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, affiliate or influencer marketing.
  • Proven ability to initiate, establish and nurture partner relationships within all communication channels, i.e. phone, email, in person
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of all marketing performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with search, affiliate and social advertising platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, and A/B testing a plus
    in-depth knowledge of social media, pop culture and fashion.
  • Experience with social analytics, ability to convert analytical insights into concepts and recommendations.
  • Experience in successfully concepting and managing strategic social marketing projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.
  • Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
  • Entrepreneurial – able to deal with ambiguity and work with little or no direction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.
  • Influencer / Blogger Outreach - Experience identifying, recruiting and managing influencer / brand ambassador programs
  • Social Media Passion - Acute understanding of and passion for social media.
