Securities Lending Operations Analyst

SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an entry level Securities Lending Operations Analyst for a global investment banking client of ours located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This team supports a global trading desk with locations in New York, London, Tokyo, Salt Lake City and Hong Kong. This is a long term opportunity with room for advancement. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate. Pay is $17/hour.
Here are a few things you’ll likely find yourself doing in this role:
  • Marking trade prices to current market price
  • Perform contract compare for all open contracts
  • Create and monitor daily risk reports
  • Daily monitoring of collateral exposure
  • Review current processes and recommend improvements to reduce risk and/or increase efficiency
 Here’s what you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good project management skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Previous experience in Operations, Financial Services and/or Management Consulting is highly desired
