Legal Entity Management - Analyst

SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an entry level Analyst within the Legal Entity Management team for a global financial services client of ours located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a long term opportunity with room for advancement. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate. Pay is $17/hour.
Here are a few things you’ll likely find yourself doing in this role:
  • Verify client legal structures and organizational entities
  • Ensure due diligence is performed to comply with regulations
  • Implement process improvements
  • Coordinate with team members, sales and/or client to obtain relevant onboarding requirements
  • Perform capacity and authority reviews as necessary
Here’s what you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Financial sector experience desired
