Customer Service Representative
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for one of our clients located in Camarillo, CA. 
 
Our client is in search of an individual who can maintain customer satisfaction and achieve all customer service objectives. Potential candidates must have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Good organization, writing skills and excellent follow-up are necessary as well for this position.
 
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will interface with customers, as well as with various internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Shipping and Manufacturing. The scope of this position will require extensive knowledge of client's product line in order to promote successful customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure correct processing of all orders.
  • Fulfill customers' requests via e-mail or phone.  Requests may include pricing, shipping, item descriptions, order status, technical questions, etc.
  • Work closely with their Sales team to maintain current customer base
  • Audit customer information, freight terms, miscellaneous charges, and sales tax
  • Communicate all technical or quality issues to necessary parties
  • Field all customer questions including technical help related to the product and software 
  • Prepare shipping, international and other miscellaneous documents as required
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision software
  • PC proficiency with skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle high call volume on phones 
  • Excellent organizational skills in maintaining files and keeping work area uncluttered
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of related customer support experience OR 3-5 years' experience in lieu of college degree
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in an environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
