Trade Show and Events Coordinator
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Trade Show and Events Coordinator for one of our clients located in Simi Valley, CA .
Trade Show and Events Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of a variety of marketing programs, lead generation, and benchmark previous performances to help management drive improvements for the marketing department
  • Handle lead generation, prospect and customer engagement through strong tradeshow presence, sponsorships, and event coordination
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager, digital and traditional marketing teams for seamless and consistent corporate messaging
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for major shows and events to ensure proper execution
  • Assist in the proofing of catalogs, brochures, corporate promotional products and various digital and traditional marketing collateral
  • Support sales staff by coordinating requests for marketing support, literature fulfillment, and various sales/marketing communications
  • Coordinate and ensure trade shows, events, and company meetings are executed without missing deadlines and details necessary for a successful event
  • Report trade show/event budgets and leads to management
  • Conduct and maintain pre and post show evaluations in a timely manner, while making adjustments to the process for efficiency and reporting to the Marketing Manager and various departments as needed
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure the company is getting the best quality and prices regarding collateral, trade show booths, promotional items, etc.
  • Coordinate 2017 event schedule with Regional Sales Directors and Marketing Manager
  • Add new trade shows and events to the calendar and ensure payments, reservations, and associated objectives are met in a timely manner
  • Design and publish content for social media accounts and report activity
Admin/Sales Lead Responsibilities:
  • Receive leads and enter them into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system accordingly with attention to detail
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports associated with entering leadsSkills Needed
    Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
    Intermediate Photoshop skills to take care of edits
    Attentive to Detail, Communication Skills, Customer/Employee Relations Skills, Flexible to Change, Strong Organization Skills, Able to take Directions and Work in a Fast Paced Environment while Working with Different Departments
