Junior Buyer
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Junior Buyer for one of our clients located in Moorpark, CA.

A Junior Buyer will source parts for a wide range of end items, including fixed and rotary wing aircraft, trucks and ground support vehicles, soldier gear, electronic components and electronic assembles. The applicant should have a general ability to understand specifications, product lines, and general military terminology.

  • Researching Requisitions
  • Searching databases
  • Determining qualified sources of supply for all types of products and equipment
  • Obtaining and analyzing quotations from qualified suppliers
  • Completing required bid forms
  • Here's what you need to have...
  • Must be a successful "Parts Detective " with a strong ability to conduct research of sources
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must type 45 WPM with high accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a "Team Player "
This would be a temp to hire position and the starting pay is between $16-$17 an hour.
