Senior HR Director

SEARCH Group Partners is seeking experienced Senior HR Director/Human Resources Business Partner for one of our clients located in San Mateo, CA. We are looking for a strategic, creative, innovative and progressive individual.  This position is responsible for all aspects of HR and will support business leader and 800+ employees globally.  We are looking for someone who enjoys change, likes to wear many hats and isn't afraid to get into the weeds!


Here is what you need to have...
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience, supporting multiple sites
  • 5+ years of experience leading team of HR professionals
  • International experience a must
  • Demonstrated leadership and consulting skills; effective business partnership
  • Strong employee relations skills including conflict management, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Confidence and demonstrated ability to interact with and influence employees at all levels
  • Proactive orientation to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
  • Experience working in an environment undergoing significant organizational change
  • Ability to work independently in a remote reporting relationship
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
