Estimating Coordinator

SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is seeking Estimating Coordinator for client of ours located North Salt Lake City, UT. Successful candidate will support estimating team and will be responsible to assist, coordinate, support and gather all project related information. The coordinator will track file and distribute this information to all necessary parties. Estimating coordinators are responsible to for keeping all construction information up to date, and organized.

Here's what you need to have...
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Must be competent in analyzing, & interpreting complex documents
  • Excellent Organizational & Prioritizing Skills
  • Project scheduling and document control experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Take projects from inception and design phases to close out and collection on the contract.
