Salesforce Administrator – Contractor
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for our client Priority Dispatch in downtown Salt Lake City, UT.

The Salesforce Administrator will initially work with our Division Director for DevOps to oversee and manage the migration of our digital marketing tools and data to the Salesforce environment (NPSP, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Custom CMS). After completion of the migration, the Salesforce Administrator will work with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to help facilitate their respective business processes within the Salesforce platform.


Here are some things you'll be doing...
  • Gather requirements and create enhancements using declarative development and Salesforce tools - Process Builder, Workflow rules, Data Loader, Lightning App Builder etc.
  • Provide support and training to users and team members.
  • Daily administration and support of Priority Dispatch's Salesforce Org including - managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, page layouts, workflows, approvals, create and maintain custom objects and large data uploads - mass transfers and managing data hygiene projects.
  • Work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in creating requirements specifications, business processes and recommendations, including business process flows outlining user and technical processes.
  • Translate business objectives into technical solutions by optimizing and refining business processes. Create business process flows outlining user and technical processes.
  • Create test cases and perform user acceptance testing, capture test results and validate results across development, test and production instances.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, related technical training certification(s) or equivalent combination of related education and experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years Salesforce administration/management experience.
  • Strong grasp on cloud-based marketing tools, techniques, systems and solutions required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel and clients, both in verbal and written modes, and be able to pay close attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
