SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is seeking experienced Compensation Manager for client of ours located Stamford, CT.
 
 
Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
 
  • Conducts job evaluations, ensures individual job levels and compensation offers are fair, competitive, within guidelines and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manages and executes market data end-to-end process and annual benchmarking cycle, selecting applicable survey sources and ensuring timely data submission to ensure access to data.
  • Partners with and supports HR Business Partners in developing competitive compensation offers and pay strategies. Guides through compensation related decisions and recommends adjustments as required.
  • Drives annual Compensation Cycles through Salary and Incentive planning.
     
Here's what you need to have...
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of experience focused on compensation &/or total rewards
  • Detail oriented with strong statistical/data analysis experience, inclusive of data modeling
  • Exceptional leadership; ability to influence senior leaders
  • Flexible, ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, managing to due dates and timelines
  • Ability to travel upwards of 20% when necessary
