Accounting Specialist- Receivables
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist for one of our clients in Salt Lake City, UT. 
This position will coordinate with internal sources posting domestic and international sales invoices through the accounting system. Additionally, the position will be responsible for payment posting and deposits.

Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
  • Posting both international and national invoices
  • Posting and depositing cash receipts
  • Making deposits via bank scanning system
  • Team with course billing Accounting Specialist billing courses
  • Answers billing questions from clients via phone and email
  • Completes all tasks within specified deadlines
  • Maintain and monitor accuracy of data and business practices
  • Paperless office
  • Other duties as assigned
Here's what you need to have...
  •  Associate in Accounting preferred but not required
  • 2-5 years' experience in accounts receivable
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with FinancialForce or SalesForce a plus
