Customer Service Representative 
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for vibrant Customer Service representatives for one of our clients located in North Salt Lake. 

You will be answering incoming calls and assisting our new clients getting set up in the system. All new hires start at this level with the opportunity to move up quickly into other departments. Shift is from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday every 3 weeks.  Training shift is for 3 weeks, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

Someone who is successful in this role will...
  • Love talking on the phone
  • Enjoy helping people with issues or problems 
  • Sit at a desk for their 8-hour shift (with the exception of breaks and lunches)
  • Have no trouble looking at a computer screen all day
  • Have a calm demeanor when dealing with upset customers 
  • Receive weekly feedback sessions with a Team lead so you can learn and grow and possibly advance in the company
Here's what you need to have...
  • Excellent computer skills
  • The ability to keep up with the calls and clients, you have to type at least 35 WPM (this will be tested if you are selected to come in for an interview)
  • High School Diploma or GED is REQUIRED!
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
