Recruiting Coordinator
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients located in Draper, UT

Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
  • Prepare/draft and track new hire offer letters.
  • Initiate, track and adjudicate pre-employment background screens.
  • Manage a high volume of offer letter requests and ensure team SLA's are met.
  • Communicate with and provide offer letter and onboarding related information to candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates and recruiters in regards to missing offer letter paperwork and deadlines.
  • Assist in audit reviews on a weekly basis.
  • Update candidate profiles in ATS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide back-up support for other Central Support teams as needed.
  • Work on special projects for the Recruiting Team.
Here's what you need to have...
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting support function preferred, but not required.  This is an entry-level opportunity for a go-getter who is willing to work hard and move up within Recruiting.
  • Experience working with an ATS preferred.
  • High energy level and desire to provide a great candidate experience.
  • Laser focused on detail, highly organized.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities at once while remaining calm.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • A collaborative personality enjoys and is able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent PC Computer skills; proficient with Microsoft™ Office suite.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background search.
