Compensation Analyst
 
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst in the Hartford, CT area. This is a 4-month contract offering competitive compensation.
 
 
The Compensation Analyst will…
 
  • Provide administrative and tactical support to the North America Compensation & HR Systems teams
  • Provides support for compensation cycle through Salary and Incentive planning, eSalary and eSTI
  • Develops and produces compensation statements and communications
  • Assists with Job Evaluations
  • Performs analysis on compensation ad hoc requests, issues or projects
  • Supports HR Systems data review, audit and clean up

The Compensation Analyst Background…
  • Recent compensation analyst experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including SAP and HR 
  • Detail oriented with strong statistical/data analysis experience
  • Flexible, ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work environment
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, managing to due dates and timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; clear ability to communicate transparently and escalate issues as needed
