Loan Processor
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Loan Processor for one of our clients located in Westlake Village, CA. 

Position Overview
The primary role of the Loan Processor is to be the pivotal point in the gathering of required loan documentation while ensuring the smooth, timely and accurate loan production cycle and providing excellent customer service.
 
Essential Job Functions
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 files per month
  • Act as primary contact for assigned Loan Officers throughout the origination, processing and closing process
  • Adhere to all processes and procedures within the company's guidelines set forth on the company Sharepoint site
  • Daily pipeline management of assigned loans: This consists of pulling daily reports; working daily dashboard; proactive follow up with all parties involved in each transaction; outbound calls to both loan officers and agents to inform and maintain forward progression of the transaction through the entire loan process
  • Safeguard all sensitive consumer information
  • Facilitate the coordination of all internal operations necessary to complete the loan transaction
  • Ensure proper fulfillment of SLAs as required per procedure
  • Additional duties as assigned from time to time 
    Requirements
  • Highly computer literate and able to proficiently use all Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent phone/people skills for effective engagement of applicants, loan officers, and real estate agents
  • Bachelor's degree required or extensive mortgage experience
  • Typing proficiency of 40wpm minimum
  • Must pass a credit and criminal background check
  • Superior work ethic and accountability
