Account Executive (Inside Sales)

SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Account Executive for one of our clients located in American Fork, UT.

The Account Executive (Inside Sales) is business-to-business SaaS inside sales role in an energetic, team-oriented environment. We're looking for smart, competitive and goal-oriented people who want to work hard, have fun, celebrate contests and great prizes, and earn a competitive salary.

On target compensation is $60,000+ at plan, with approximately $2,000 a month guaranteed, and NO CAP to your commission potential for the motivated, driven professional! We also offer a strong benefits package and 401k match program!

You're working with warm leads upgrading our current software customers who have already signed up for our free Links services to our advanced platform. With a large pipeline to work with, our sales technology helps drive volume calls and email touches through your target customer list, allowing you to multi-task, stay organized, and work smarter to earn more.

Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
  • Develop and maintain a large pipeline of prospective Software customers using our CRM, to track and manage active leads
  • Consult with potential customers on the value of our software and services based on their business needs
  • Set daily personal achievement goals in both activity and outcome categories for calls made and sales bookings, targeting 100 calls and at least one deal a day using our automated dialer software, online chat, and other sales tools/processes
  • Bring a motivated, energetic, and positive attitude every day
Here's what you need to have...
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and 2+ years experience in a selling environment, or sales or support related role
  • General knowledge of technology with ability to quickly familiarize on the use of new software tools
  • The ability and willingness to learn new processes, systems and techniques
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to speak with all levels of potential customer decision-makers
  • Self motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to stay the course
