Administrative/ HR Assistant
SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is looking for an experienced Administrative/HR Assistant for one of our clients located in Salt Lake City, UT.

The successful candidate will be capable, self-confident, ambitious, and eager to take on the challenges of a demanding and rewarding position. This position requires a proactive, intuitive, self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and professional

Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
  • Compose procedures, manuals, letters, and reports with engaging writing, correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Analyze data, recognize trends and create reports from the information
  • Take on projects such as finding a technology to share manuals that the end user can access on their Smartphone and quickly search for critical information.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations and HR Department
  • exercising sound judgment and the ability to anticipate without supervision,
  • Be responsive, recognize problems, and refer them immediately to the right person for resolution while maintaining strong positive working relationships with team members.
  • Manages the logistics of HR events and activities
  • Writes communications regarding upcoming events and programs
  • Administers health insurance and wellness programs
  • Screens candidates, schedules interviews and orders background and drug screens
Here's what you need to have...
  • At least one-year human resource experience
  • 2 plus year administrative assistance experience, working for a construction, engineering, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
  • Advanced ability Microsoft office including Excel, Word, Outlook and, In-Design, Adobe Acrobat is critical.
  • A high level of organization and detail
