SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm, is seeking experienced Director Talent Acquisition for client of ours located Stamford, CT.   Successful candidate lead talent acquisition strategies to support hiring needs across diverse businesses. The person will work closely with Human Resource Business Partners and Business leaders to ensure they have the best talent to meet business goals.
 
Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
 
  • Lead the talent acquisition team
  • Develop talent management strategies that enables the execution of the business strategy by ensuring the highest level of talent is sourced and recruited and in place.
  • Build and implement a best in class Candidate Experience at all key touch candidate points
  • Identify and implement media, technology, and social solutions to support talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage the campus recruiting needs across diverse businesses to meet company needs
  • Develop and/or implement employee branding and marketing activities
  • Establish Service level agreements and KPIs for Third party providers and monitor metrics work with third party providers to achieve expectations
  • Manage the recruiting budget
     
Here's what you need to have...
 
  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • 8 - 10 years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
  • Strong experience in leveraging social media and technology
  • Experience in employee branding and social media campaigns
  • Proven track record in high volume exempt and non-exempt staffing across multiple businesses and locations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing complex environment
  • Proven ability to identify and measure talent acquisition function and partners effectiveness
