Service Desk Technician

Compensation: up to $34/hour
 
Requirements/Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent and/or at least 2 years in a related IT Service Desk or Technical Support position.
  • 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting Windows (7 and 10), Office 365, Active Directory
  • Strong technical aptitude in relevant areas such as, but not limited to common software components, PC and peripheral hardware, system applications, and general computer operations.
  • Must have experience troubleshooting Mac OS and common office applications.
  • Experience supporting users remotely, via phone, and deskside.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with senior level management and executives.
