Corporate Communications Project Manager

This role will promote best practices, organizational updates and develop a sense of community within the organization. Your messages and programs will reinforce leadership’s key messages and manage culture programs tailored to various department locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a great place to work by developing and publishing key organizational leadership messaging (slides, reports, emails, etc.) in a way that is tailored and ultimately well received by the audience and which aim to transfer the way employees work.
  • Communicate sensitive information properly and accordingly and collaborate with the ocverall communications team in an engaging, timely and professional manner. 

Requirements:

  • Should have at least 7-10 years of experience working in a very large matrixed enterprise organization, preferably Fortune 500.
  • Exprienced communications professional with strong ability to create and publish leadership and organization-wide messages.
  • Experience in creating slides in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in communications, event planning and execution of programs targeted to a technical audience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different business and technology channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal, and ability to tailor communication style based on the audience.
  • Experience in creating multimedia, e.g. graphics, identifiers, icons, videos.
  • Experience project managing events or projects.
  • Must be a strong planner who can keep sight of the end goal while ensuring all the steps along the way are taken care of, even under tight timelines and with competing priorities. 
  • Must have a basic understanding of an IT development environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relavent work experience.
